The Lost

Gragnar comes walking out of the Ox, still carrying a roasted... bird of some sort, eating it messily but eagerly as he uses his teeth to strip the flesh from bone. He looks around for a moment, looking as if he's looking to pick his next destination based on nothing but passing fancy.

Walking about the warehouse district is someone quite new. Dressed in robes, the woman looks kinda lost in the warehouse district, but otherwise seems fine. She tries to keep out of people's way, but sometimes has to really move quickly to do so. She does bump into Gragnar once though, mumbling a 'scuse me' on the way by.

The woman has poultry grease dripped onto her as Gragnar is jostled. The large Oruch looks down, raising an eyebrow. "Ya lost?" he asks, getting the last of the meat off the bird before tossing what's left into the gutter for the vermin.

Elycia says, "Sort of, sir." She says looking at her arm where the grease is. "I'm just trying to get out of this area and......find myself going in circles. Can you help?" She says ducking under a tossed box."

Gragnar considers that for a moment, and looks around. "Ya mean da warehouse district?" he asks, and notices her flinching away, shaking his head. "Come on," he says, waving for her to follow him, his large, green skinned frame breaking the flow of traffic far better than she had been managing as he starts heading down the street. "Where ya tryin' ta get?"

Elycia follows closely behind him. "Just trying to find my way back to the tavern near here. I was staying there for a while until I got my bearings around here."

Gragnar freezes in place, and turns around. "Da Ox?" he asks. "Ya were looking for da Ox?" he repeats, looking towards the building he'd just stepped out of when she bumped into him.

Elycia says, "Yeah, that's the one." She says with a chuckle. A crowd came through here and I got lost. She then rubs her face."

"Ya... don't find your way around too gud, do ya?" Gragnar wonders, considering the figure.

Elycia says, "Not yet. I just got here only a few days ago and.....well, like I said, I'm still trying to learn my way around here." She says before looking up and seeing the Ox strength tavern. "Annnnd....I feel silly.""

Gragnar nods is head once, slowly. "Ya been drinkin'?" he wonders.

Elycia Shakes her head. "No. I haven't had more than a sip of the drink......"

Gragnar pats Elycia on the head. "Maybe ya should start," he suggests, leading her the few steps back towards the Ox.

Elycia says, "I don't think drinking would get me to navigate Alexandria better, green one." She says before trotting her way back into the Ox."

"Might give ya a betta excuse than not lookin' up, though," Gragnar says, seeming intent to make sure she makes it all the way through the door before trusting her to her own devices. "Sides, I navigate jus' fine when I've been drinkin."

Elycia says, "Heh. After a few sips, I get a little.....loopy." She says softly as she heads for the bar. "Besides, you're not supposed to have more than a sip if you were initially a poison taster.""

Grangar laughs a little at that. Someone close enough to the door to hear remarks. "Oop, the Oruch found himself a challenge." "Maybe ya were just doin' it wrong," Gragnar says, something of a joke to it.

Elycia raises an eyebrow at the comment, but she still orders a tea. She then holds out a hand....and a bowl of nuts slides to her hand.

Gragnar scoffs at the tea. "Well, good luck findin' places," he says, raising a hand to wave to the woman. "An' don't forget ta look up." He heads for the door, then.

Elycia waves to Gragnar. "Thank you, Mister green skin. And I'll make sure to look up next time."
