Temple Coughers

Erendriel was glad to see yesterday that Hun'rar was taken to the healers by Azog. She floats toward the temples. Coming out from Eluna after some Acquisitioner discussions,a nd floating by Gilead to see if Hun'rar is visible...

Hun'rar has been healed, properly this time despite his own experiments and frankly, failings with the parasite. He is sitting on the steps of the temple, wearing heavy robes and watching the fountain in the square. Not even a sword on his hip.

Erendriel does see Hun'rar. In robes? Huh. She floats on over, looking him over. She does gawk at his eyes a moment, as she smiles. "Hi! You look like you've been through a lot, even after yesterday. Feeling better?"

Hun'rar nods "Yeah shaking it off, the Sith'makar shamans were called up and were able to cure me, although not without a lot of risk. I still havn't been able to eat much but I needed to time to pray, to meditate on things. I thought I could it myself" he says with a shrug.

Erendriel goes wide-eyed, and lets out a clap. "Oh so you're definitely cured now? That's fantastic." She comes a little closer, though still on the broom. "Well don't beat yourself up, Hun'rar. It's not technically a disease, it's an invasion. And it eats magic. So much of what you do is magic. You're just, you know, super vulnerable to it like I am."

Hun'rar nods "Exactly and that is the problem. I can train myself to be stronger, tougher, to shrug off blows that would fell a lesser man. I would happily wade into any battlefield trusting to my armor, my faith and magic to see me through it. But this... how do I prevent this? I can't train for this, I can't practice. By Gilead's grace and through my faith I was suppose to be above this kind of thing. I am suppose to be better than this." he says with a sighs before quickly adding: "I'm sorry, I shouldn't complain."

Erendriel shakes her head. "Oh Gods no, complain all you want. Complain to me about the plague as much as you feel like. It's awful to have it. I was miserable every minute Ihad it until I was cured."

Hun'rar begins to chuckle lightly. "Your probably right, it was awful wasn't it? Perhaps there are some other ways to protect ones self and I suppose I can at least grow stronger to deal with the side effects."

Erendriel nods. "Well the sooner we can get rid of it for good, the better. I didn't want to get anywhere near it when it came out of you. It's a good thing those two were there."

Hun'rar nods "Yeah they were lucky or just good. Especially Azog, perhaps I should train with him as I get my strength back. Gilead willing I will recover fully soon. I am already iching to test myself again. Purging this curse will make me feel better too, at least my breath was effective at killing the thing."

Erendriel shakes her head and giggles. "Oh Azog would love to train you, and explain the whole time that your problem is.." She then pauses, and starts impersonating Azog. "You rely too much on magic. If you would stop that, you would not get sick and it would be better for you."

Hun'rar laughs deeply, caughing at bit at the end. "Oh I am sure. He is better with a sword, there is no doubt but I think I am stronger. Of course he would blame magic for that too." he adds with a laugh. He stands and stretches out a bit, joints cracking as he moves. "That joke has made me feel better than anything else."

Erendriel blinks. "You're still coughing? Is it stil inside you then just... dead? And I'm glad you feel better."

Hun'rar nods "I am just getting over the sickness, I am cured of the parasite but the body takes a bit to reover from how sick I was. Even I didn't properly acknowledge it at the time. They tell me it was a small miracle I was conscience yesterday, between my fever and everything else." he notes in a sullen tone. "Lessons learned."

Erendriel smiles weakly. "Well that's the important thing. Get your rest!"
