Morgan is sitting at a table with a little dragon on her lap. "If you want fed get on the table and tell me what to order for you, I am not going to feed you, you lazy lizard." she gets a small hiss but the dragon gets on the table "Oh that does sound good." she gets the attention of one of the wenches here "Roasted chicken with the garlic sauce please."

As Morgan talks to the small dragon in her lap a woman comes in the front door. She's a beautiful woman, only five feet tall, but she has the bearing of someone who has been short all their life and does care. Something in the way she stands makes her seem both larger than she is, and yet very delicate. In fact nearly everything about her seems delicate. Including the slender elvish ears that poke from her long platinum blond hair which is so pale as to appear snowy. Her husky-blue eyes roam over the pub and finally land on Morgan.

She does not hesitate to move over to Morgans table, pausing beside it out of politeness. "May I join you?" Her voice is surprisingly deep for a woman, and particularly for one so small, husky, but beautiful in its own way. Her pale blue dress swishes around her, emphasizing the paleness of her skin and her hair but bringing out the blue of her eyes. Her only jewelry is a small crystal ball on a chain around her neck.

Morgan looks up with a smile as the elven lady would see that the half elf is wearing a old style elven headband but it looks new "Please do my friend Whisper just conned me out of a free meal." Said as she pets along side the cat size dragon.

The woman takes the seat gracefully and nods politely to the dragon. "A pleasure to meet you Whisper. And if I am not mistaken... you are Morgan." Pale blue eyes meet Morgan's.

Morgan nods softly as the dragon sends a hello to the other woman's mind, but the half elf says "That I am, did the guild send you?"

"No, I came of my own volition. I had heard, through sources, that you obtained a sample of a rare magical slime?" She looks at Morgan curiously.

Morgan nods as she is not concerned about how she found out as she been asking a lot of wizards their take on that "Yes I am surprised the sample is still good. But then slimes are ageless."

The woman smiles and holds out her hand fingers extended outwards. "I am Salina, and I am a sorceress myself. I have a particular interest in it."

Morgan nods as she takes the offered hand with a polite shake. "For what use, this slime can be dangerous to our kinds."

"For what other reason? It may be dangerous but it may also be useful. I have an exchange in mind for you..." Salina trails off with a knowing smile. "I will give you some information about the sample which you do not know, and you will let me study it for a time. Does that seem fair?"

Morgan nods "Well I have not been studying it that much and that sounds fair. Just be carefull casting magic on it as that is its prefered food."

She nods solemly. "Do you have the sample on you? We could complete the exchange now if you do."

Morgan shakes her head. "No but Whisper will you get it.... yes I will buy the nuts you like." she chuckles as the dragon flies off "I did not keep it with me as I did not want it to collect any spells that I might cast, or know if it would break on me by accident."

"A wise choice. It might well have tried to eat every magical item you own let loose." She motions for a waitress to bring her a cup of tea while they wait.

Morgan nods "I paid a lot to make all my items and I want to keep them." A few minutes later the dragon comes back with the corked jar and places it on the table.

The woman does not hesitate to pick it up, turning it over in her hand briefly. She smiles with just a small touch of satisfaction and nods. "I promised you some information in return." She sets the bottle on the table. "Did you know that the reason that they seek out magic is because they /are/ magic? It is the law of attraction that like seeks out like. Furthermore..." The woman touches the top of the jar with her finger. "Eatting magic is how they dupilcate. Growing bigger and then like ameboa splitting into pairs and pairs again."

Morgan nods. "That much I figured out, I seen one that grew when I hit it with a magic missile spell."

Salina arches one pale eyebrow in interest. "Interesting. Did you know then, that they can /make/ something magical by being in contact with it for long enough?" She picks up the bottle and gives it a little shake.

Morgan looks to the bottle as she says a word that makes her eyes glow as she focuses on the bottle "How long?" That she did not know.

"Depends on the subject, the size of the magical element, various other factors." The bottle is glowing, and the woman clasps it in her hand. She too is glowing. All over. She smiles at Morgan. "And I think that concludes our agreement."

Morgan cuts the spell "Well if you make a item from it let me know what it is please." Said in ‘a its ok if you do or don’t’ voice.

Salina simply smiles and rises to her feet, quickly exiting the pub without another word and without even touching her tea.

Morgan watches her leave "I wish I could get that elven walk down.... I am half elven you twit." said to the dragon.
