...writing this at the behest of our Empress. Will try to be brief, as I am condensing this from various sources. Many of these sources are unnamed, at their request. Others take the form of old tomes and or rumors.

For the longest time, it was assumed by nations that Heth was a dormant, if potent threat. One content in his territory, not unlike a dragon in his den. However, a year past, Heth's agents staged an attack on our Empress. The attempt was doomed to fail, with the assassain being nominally of Charn. The attempt would have muddied the mess that is the Dranei-Rune war. That is how I became involved, at least nominally.

The source of this was traced through legwork to Heth's cult, by unnamed forces. The work of these agents showed that Heth's cult is composed of many Void-touched dragons. Like many dragons, they possess a an affinity for shape-shifting and assuming other forms. Others would discover that it was one of his cult that took the place of Masterly at Arendt's side, after the original was murdered. With this in mind, my people have worked with the guardsfolk of the khazad and Alexandrians to identify dragons-in-disguise, but I feel this is a slowing measure at best.

When these agents open their maw, one sees the Void, itself. It has taken some time among the Dragonfather's Temple to research the Void, as it is not brought up even in casual conversation among the Sunguards. The Void was the whispering voice that led to the downfall of the Dragonfather's twin, by playing upon His pride. Despite this corruption, it was the Dragonfather and his brother, and the dead god Animus, who originally sealed it away. Heth's pride is far beyond that of normal dragons. As he lacks the strength of a true god, he would perhaps be corruptable. The Void claimed the Fallen Brother: Heth is nothing, compared to Him.

His followers already regard him as a deity. They are encouraged in this by a dangerous creature--a wight by the name of Ellessa. She possesses Black Council training, though has since turned against that nation. She was seen in Alexandria, and is trained in leadership, and Black Council military tactics. Other dragons follow him out of respect for his strength. Others are Void-corrupt and strengthened. Some have gone to Am'shere and attacked my peoples' children.

I suspect his cult is one of personality--with Void-touched acting as their own agency. The strong personality of dragons would make full cooperation unlikely. However, no one knows for certain if this is true.

From other sources, it is apparent that Heth assasinated Dragonier's dragon king, himself. His Majesty Hyraxis was an aged and powerful golden dragon. His councilmembers were of similar strength. Heth entered his court, and slew them to a dragon, before taking out the nation of dragon-and-man, Dragonier.

Heth is old, beyond records anyone has found. He bears a title by more than his followers: The First Born. First born from the first dragons? The first dragon? No one knows, either. The Twin Brothers are known for their draconic forms: Dark, and Light. Perhaps he is a bastard child, but there may be more harm in speculation, as no one knows the truth of it.

There are three would-be gods among us: Heth, Asumit, and perhaps Arendt. They are the Wounds of the World.

OOC: Special thanks to all of the storytellers and agents who have worked and shared to thus far. This is just a summary to get things going. I left names out, as some had asked to remain nameless, and it has been long enough that I can't recall specifics. If you'd like to be contacted, please post. :3

[3-] Kravar added on Thu Apr 21 08:16:33 2016: Kravar has been in a few bars spreading the stories of what he saw on the journey to 'the future' (see the new Asumit job). He usually drinks as fast and as much as he can while telling the tale, so about halfway through it starts to get slurred and slightly nonsensical.

First of all, he claims, the idea came from the followes of Navos. The way he says it makes it sound like he thinks that should make it more credible.

Alexandria was in ruins, he goes on, lifeless, overrun with wights with magic hardly working. He remembers hearing the magic users mentioning that the 'sea of mana' is not available to sorcerers the way it was...er, is, today.

More importantly, he claims, Heth has been defeated...but that is at the root of Alexandria's fall and all of the troubles the world will face in the future. Heth's body contains a void, or the void, or opens a void. He's not sure on all of the details.

He starts to get a little lost here, mentioning something about some Old One who may have also been 'The Last Wizard of Rune', or possibly 'last Wizard in the World'. But finally he manages to convey that in the future Heth is defeated by a coalition of nations, just like many of the nations are trying to organize today.

Only once he's defeated a tear to the void was created, and the energies of the Source, which he explains confidentially, basically means all life as we know it, began to be drawn into it.

He's really into the cups at this point but notes that 'the Rogues' found something written on the bones of Heth, some sort of binding spell. They brought this back with them to the present, and 'the Wizards' are looking over it.

Kravar finishes off practically illegible, talking about how 'we are all sowing the seeds of our own dooooom'! And more often than not at this point he gets into a drunken barfight, giving and taking his share of lumps before being thrown out.
