Kisaiya lets out a bit of a shriek as the Mossgoyle picks up Kira, she would flail wildly at it but... Well she needs to stop them from doing it to the others! "Bad! BAD MOSSGOYLE!" She swings her scythe, a slide up with the first swing, a step around and a push with the hip to bring the second slide across the middle, and then a third cut to - ACK FLYING KIRA! Kisaiya misses her third strike.

Flapping its barky wings, the moss and plant matter 'gargoyle' raises Kira over its head and throws her straight at Kisaiya. She is able to catch her, if barely, even if she has to discard her scythe for it.

Garak looks incredulous when the mossgoyle picks up Kira. She'd been doing so well against them. He raises his hand and then mimes throwing a lance. The ghostly glowing lance he conjured earlier follows the motion and stabs at one of the monsters. As it does so, Garak urges, "Serriel...give us your blessing in battle."

Leisel after thrashing about, missing everything in the world, she tries to move a bit closer, growling for all she is worth... the beetle on her head is holding on to the fur for dear life. She manages to actually hit something, but it doesn't do much damage... the growling helped... some.

Claws and horns and horns made of bark, teeth made of sharp, grinding wood!

They're using them. Garak, Kisa and Kira are all struck, the last particularly savagely. They don't seem to be concerned with pacificism, you know? At any rate, they're striking and striking hard.

But they're all actually pretty hurt themselves.

"ACK! ACK!" Kisa catches Kira, dropping her scythe and sort of dancing about before tipping her onto her feet and going for her scythe again. A quick grapple of her hands about the haft and she uses her own rising motion with the twist of her body to send the scythe's blade arcing toward the Mossgoyle... and it cleaves it in two.

"OH GODS! No! I didn't... Ack! Just stop, see?! SEE?! Just stop. It's all good! It'll be better this way." Kisa waves a hand, trying to get the other mossgoyle's to stop but they probably won't.

Garak turns his attention to the next Gargoyle. His lance stabs out and punctures the monster's hide. He steps back and makes a tiny hand motion and his ghostly lance streaks across the room but bounces off.

Leisel doesn't seem to really be getting anywhere in this bear form... she is having trouble even sounding ferocious... as she thrashes again... totally missing everything, huffing and almost falling onto her bear rump.. as thrashing is doing noting for them, and probably making her dizzy.

Magnus takes aim -- really takes aim -- and shoots, hitting one of the gargoyles in the eye. The tip crashes through and into it's head. Two follow-up shots ricochet off of its skin, but it hardly matters -- the one shot was all that was necessary. It's dead. Very dead.

Rae moves all of his sphere towards the remaining Mossgoyle, which does a ton of tapdancing to keep out of their way. Meanwhile, Rae simply zaps it as it's rather predictable with it's tapdancing....

Kisaiya is a blur of motion as her scythe whips to one side then the other, her first stroke hitting true, cutting into the Mossgoyle, her backhand slide whipping close but missing as she steps. Another turn, a low swing, and the third blow is a rising shot that cuts into its leg with the last one going wide as she mistepped. "How about now?! Can you stop now!? I'll take you back to Alba! She'll heal you up! I KNOW IT! She's good people. C'mon, give up!"

Swiping at Hun'rar, the mindless plant duplicate of the creatures that own these halls lashes out at the Arvek to no real avail. HE's a bit scratched up but that's it.

Leisel's dizzy bear, with less gusto than beofre, and not much of a convincing growl, swats at the mossgargoyl, missing the first and nearling doing a face plant. As she tilts to the side, she takes another swipe.. no one can say she's a quitter.. and misses that one too. Finally she just rolls over on the ground, huffing in defeat.

"WHY?! WHY DO YOU MAKE ME HURT YOU?!" Kisa says, a furrow of her brows, her first couple strikes landing, the first cutting into a wing-joint, the next into a knee. As she steps, her feet carrying her passed the creature in a turn, she finds the creature in the perfect position. It's head slightly bowed, the creature sinking toward a knee. As she turns into the strike, dragging the haft with her, she shoves at the last moment with her hip. The scythe blade connects, and the mossgoyle no longer stands a head above the rest.

As in it's literally missing its head.

Get it? Because head above... you know what? No. No. I think you get it, okay, bad joke. Too soon?

Well you know what they say, heads will roll.

Okay I'm done now, I promise.

And silence falls!
