Magic suffuses Ea in ways that make it summonable through practice, through personal discovery, and through ritual. Wizards, sorcerers, the uncovering of Aspects are not the only ways in which magic manifests.

The following are thematic options for DMs for adding magic to races and cultures ingame. Anyone who runs a scene may use these outright or as building blocks to enhance their story. If some of these rituals come across as "duh," that is part of the point: to illustrate that these sorts of things can be done if they fit the theme. Just because there are no given mechanics for them does not mean they shouldn't exist or work.

There are some caveats. First, these rituals and options are beyond the scope of any one PC. They are meant to be used as story devices, and tend to require a story element, such as a visit to the sylvanori elders. Second, these rituals do not always work, sometimes work perfectly, and other times do so to varying degrees (that's just saying they are story-dependent, and not a means of power).

You are welcome to build on these ideas, or use theme to expand on them. One of the reasons we made these is to show you just what you can do.
