  • Title: Lost Squirrel
  • Emitter: Corra
  • Characters: Faileh 2, Veitlin 2, Jame 3, Pelka 4, Vasya 4, Yrqemm 5
  • Place: Alexandria Countryside - Manorhouse (Or was it)
  • Time: Sep 2, 2015
  • Summary: Hired by father to help look for his son's squirrel or maybe just hired for dinner.
  • APL: 5
  • Encounter 1: 2 Barghests (with 2 Growth Points each CR 5 each) CR 7 encounter

The problem is simple. Laddy's pet squirrel is missing. It has him really distraught. Laddy's daddy is a wealthy merchant and so had decided to hire adventurers to locate what has happened to said squirrel. This is where you all come in. Whether by communication to the Adventurer's Guild or through world of mouth you were told about the job. That is what finds you all here, at a country Manor with two goblins standing in front of you, Young Laddy who looks to be a very young goblin indeed and Laddy Sr, his father.

<OOC> Corra says, "free poses."

Pelka's head moves back and forth in jerky movements as he looks at the others. "Did he say 'squirrel'...?" he asks in a loud whisper a moment later.

And that is where Vasya comes in. Lost squirrel? yup, she'll take that. Vasya was a bit too stern-faced to take this as a joke, but she walks forward, leaning her Glaive on her shoulder and tilts her head. "you the one's with the missing squirrel? Did you dress it up in anything?"

Jame is a roving do-gooder and member of the Order of Peace. He'll come to the aid of this young fellow, even though it seems an unlikely quest for actual adventurers. He nods to Pelka. "Indeed. It is a curious thing." He shrugs. "But no one else needs my help just now, so I will do what I can."

Approaching the manor is one who, by appearances, would not normally be seen in such places. He's an Arvek man, red-ochre in skintone, with the easy lope and grimy fingers of an outdoorsman. He strides through the clear, pleasant day with another man obviously no stranger to the weather.

Veitlin raises an eyebrow as he sees the patron of the manor. Obviously, he did not expect a goblin. "<something you don't understand in goblin-talk>" he says in a guttural tongue, at least remembering some manners.

Walking in along with the Avrek, Faileh carries a serious look about him. The pair seem to already know each other as their proximity and pace is in step with each other. When they arrive, he lets his companion speak and remains silent.

Jame looks puzzled as Veitlin speaks so that he can't understand, but he tries to look helpful, standing there, having hopped off his horse.

<OOC> Corra says, "please just pose speaking in goblin in the poses, Corra doesn't speak it, so I don'" <OOC> Corra says, "can't see what you say"

Veitlin obviously knows that not everyone speaks the language of goblinoids. "Good day," he repeats in the common trade-tongue.

<OOC> Veitlin says, "Realized that a moment too late. :)"

Yrqemm is at the door already when Faileh arrives, and he greets the warrior with a wrist-grip. "Well met. Squirrels should be much simpler than flaming undead, no?" he remarks, but then falls sient as those who speak the language of the merchant address him.

Laddy Junior looks at Vasya, "Really? It is a squirrel." Laddy looks at his father and then back at the adventurers. "Please, please help, he is missing, he has been gone all day.

Jame hesitates to ask, but bulls through. "Where did you see the squirrel last?" he asks.

GAME: Pelka rolls sense motive: (8)+0: 8

"It sounds stupid, at first. I'm asking because it might have it's scent on it, plus I can use it as a focus to find it a LOT easier." Vasya's totally serious abotu this too.

You paged Vasya with 'you have a gut feeling that something is off.'

As the 'adventurers' gather, the Arvek man smiles a bit to his companion, turning his head away from the lord of the manor just long enough to give Faileh a 'has it come to this?' look. Veit turns back, his face recomposed to the requisite seriousness. He addresses the father. "I take it that this... pet is very important to the young man?"

Vasya pages: Just a gut feeling, huh?

Pelka peers up at the sky speculatively. "Have you seen any birds or other flying creatures about today? Many of my kin tell me that squirrels make a fine..." he trails off, peers at Laddy Jr, blinks once, then finishes slowly, "...pet. They make fine pets."

You paged Vasya with 'there is something off about the pair, they are hiding something, or aren't what they say they are. (basically hunch from your sense motive skill)'

Laddy Junior looks at Jame, "In a tree, duh." he says and then blinks at his father snaps at him. Junior looks down, "Sorry. In a tree in the back of the house."

Vasya pages: hee. okie

The father looks at the Arvek and nods, "Very important, he has been inconsolable since."

Perking up when he spots another familiar face, Faileh simply gives a grin and a grunt. And then when he receives the 'look' from Veitlin a small chuckle and another grunt. A simple man, with a simple plan.

You paged Vasya with 'that last statement by the father was an outright lie since you are not looking for it.' You paged Vasya with 'not=now'

Jame is about to clarify to ask which tree when that information is provided. He smiles patiently. "And did this squirrel have any distinguishing features, so we can recognize it?"

Veitlin nods slightly, taking a calloused thumb to rub at a silver-gilded tusk. "I understand," he says. "I lost some well-loved... companions myself, when I was his age." A stormy look crosses his visage, and is just as quickly gone.

"I have a better idea." Vasya says loud enough for everyone to hear. "How about you tell us the REAL reason why you calls for us to retreive a 'squirrel', if that's what it really is.....And tell us who you both really are? I'm quite sick and tired of listening the both of you lie through your teeth." She then stands up and takes her Glaive off of the floor.....and points the blade at them both. "TRUTH! NOW!"

<OOC> Yrqemm says, "Putting the wild in wildelf!"

Veitlin tenses, head scanning about. Probably looking for guards as the woman levels the polearm. His eyes narrow.

Seeing things are getting out of hand and tempers (at least one temper) seems to be flaring, Yrqemm takes a couple of steps back and holds his hands up when Vasya starts threatening the poor merchant with what he thinks are wild accusations...

Pelka blinks again. This adevnture has certainly taken a turn. He gives Vaysa a long look and then takes in the others. He suddenly realizes he doesn't really know most of these people. Pelka tries to surreptitiously adjust slightly the oversized gauntlets he wears. Actually, he doesn't think he know any of them. The two goblins look at each other, "I told you this wouldn't work....Father." father is said with a snear from the younger one. The two goblins start to change and become larger, each standing almost 5ft in height, grey skinned, goblins with a furry coat. "Shut up," says the father.

GAME: Note Flat-footed on Pelka ended. <OOC> Corra says, "pelka"

The fae elf perhaps had a hunch that something was asked, and in stepping back was in fact already moving his hand toward his rapier, which he draws in a flawless feint move, though the growing goblin means that what would have been a rapier through the belly ends up going right between his legs!

<OOC> Yrqemm says, "COrra, they are flatfooted until the beginning of my next turn, but only vs me, right?" <OOC> Corra says, "the one you tried to hit is yes" <OOC> Yrqemm nods. Pelka takes another quick look at the party...then at the 'goblins'. He seems genuinely conflicted about who to side with. But then Yrqemm tries to stab one of the alleged goblins. And he remembers an old grizzled Explorer's guild vet's advice .oO ('Look beaky, in this line of work nobody gives a damn who's right or wrong. Just stick with your party!') Oo. And with that he begins swinging his arms in wide arcs, one at each pseudo-goblin. One misses widely, but the other smacks into a fake-goblin head.

GAME: Note Flat-footed on Jame ended. <OOC> Vasya says, "to offset the spell...XD" GAME: Vasya casts Bless. Caster Level: 4 DC: 14

As soon as the fists swing and the weapons come out, the Arvek doesn't hesitate. His hands go to the small of his back, surprisingly nimble feet scuffle to bring him to the right, wide around the spellcasting creature, either to come at him from a different angle, or prevent his erstwhile companions from being bound up.

His arms jerk as he unsheathes those two ugly, too-functional kukris at the small of his back. They emerge in his large hands, then hesitate. Quiver. Veitlin's face drops, he blinks, he shakes his head. But the damage is done, his rhythm has been thrown off--a haymaker right slash is mistimed, goes wide.

"Had a feeling they weren't what they said they were." Vasya says as she mumbles something and stamps the glaive on the ground, sending out a bless spell for everyone....

<OOC> Jame says, "OK. Is there room to get in a mounted charge?" Yrqemm pages: BACK, reading :) <OOC> Corra says, "jame you can't get a direct charge due to where people are and all close, you can try to position to charge next or move to attack" You paged Yrqemm with 'I rolled low on your will save, you can take it or go ahead and roll one of your own, your choice' GAME: Yrqemm rolls will: (10)+3: 13 to corra <OOC> Jame says, "I'll just move and attack, then. <OOC> Corra says, "faileh" <OOC> Faileh is going to ready his sword and shield and move into a flanking position on the one who made him sad. <OOC> Jame says, "Oh, and he's my challenge target, so everyone else gets +1 to hit him." <OOC> Corra says, "okay.." <OOC> Faileh figures that'd be his whole turn to get into position. :D GAME: Corra rolls 1d20+12: (15)+12: 27

Jame draws his blade and knees his charger into the fray, calling out, "You foul creature, you shall perish! I challenge you!" And so saying, he swings his blade, though his blade glances off the tough hide.

Yrqemm pages: I would have rerolled anyway, in principle, even if you had made it . Thanks! <OOC> Corra says, "alright. you have a choice, you can move into flanking, taking an aoo and get a single attack. or you can move into flanking taking more and no attack, but also no aoo, your choice" <OOC> Faileh doesn't plan on attacking. <OOC> Corra says, "pose" GAME: NEW ROUND!

<OOC> Corra says, "yrqemm there is one in front of you, Faileh is behind it. you have -2 to most rolls and a +1 to hit and save vs fear"

And the ball has dropped. Faileh sighs as he pulls the shield from his back and slips his arm into the strap. Sword slides cleanly from its scabbard, and he starts using those big tree trunks of legs to move into action. A jump back, a few to the side and he appears behind the caster creature. He sighs and says, "And I wanted to find this squirrel too, guess it is going to be pulled from your guts."

Pelka flinches back as the 'Father' bites at him. The Egalrin's beak seems to come up, eyes wide and shining, when Jame comes riding up on his horse to strike the creature down...but then Pelka's beak droops again when there's no affect. "Looks like I'm doing the heavy lifting...again," he laments, before smacking the enemy once more with a gauntleted fist.

Yrqemm pages: what happened on my turn? Did i just hold action or did you roll for me? :)

<OOC> Vasya says, "Who's the closest fake gobber?" <OOC> Yrqemm says, "I think I am on the short list?" <OOC> Corra says, "Yrqemm your go. you have the younger one right in front of you. with flanking." <OOC> Yrqemm says, "I'll two-weapon flank his butt :)" <OOC> Vasya says, "brb" <OOC> Vasya says, "hold my turn till then. *groan*"

Veitlin blinks a few times, shakes his head hard, his face a bestial confusion of grief and frustration and anger. He growls something unintelligible--even if you speak gobber--and his eyes roll back a little as his arms raise up. He's got one of those ugly kukris in each hand, and each hand goes to work. The right swings again in another huge haymaker hack, but this one finds a home and bites true and deep... however, apparently the Arvek had factored in momentum on his lefthanded backswing, and the first knife biting and holding disrupts his momentum, and the second knife twists in his hand, bouncing off of "father"'s hide.

The Fae knows he should hurt that gobber, should punish him. For something. But why bother? His attempt is half-hearted, and he almost gets in the way of Faileh's work with his rapier and gauntleted first...

<OOC> Vasya says, "Okie, off to the son, using judgement for damage, which gives me a +2." <OOC> Vasya says, "Jame isn't on the son so I still take -1 to hit." <OOC> Corra says, "okay" <OOC> Corra says, "what weapon?" <OOC> Vasya only have one weapon, a glaive. <OOC> Corra says, "okay. any bonuses on it?" It is now Jame's turn! Faileh is next!

<OOC> Corra says, "jame" <OOC> Jame says, "Same attack, hack." GAME: Jame rolls 1d20+9: (2)+9: 11

Making a face, Vasya closes the gap to the 'son' and tries to hit with one attack, misses horribly though.

Jame is still the epic knight on his charger, laying about with his sword, though he's hardly the world's finest swordsman, and in the chaos of the melee, he's both controlling his horse and laying about him with the blade as best he can. "Take that! Die, foe!" he shouts bravely enough, hacking for all he's worth. But he can't really get lined up on target, and his closest swing whistles over the goblin's head.

<OOC> Corra says, "miss" <OOC> Faileh is staying in total defense and just threatening to provide flanking bonus for the others on junior. Going to pose and switch RL locations. Class is done, running to my office.

Eyes going wide at the sight of his own blood, Faileh takes in a deep breath. Seemingly a struggle from within, he slows his breathing and plants his feet firmly, facing off against the younger. Although he threatens with his sword, he does so to provide openings for the attacks coming from the opposite side of the creature.

Pelka stumbles back away from the 'Father', blood streaming from wounds on his arms and shoulder. He produces a small metallic patch fron one of his bandolier's compartments, which he slaps over the biggest gash, on his shoulder. It doesn't seem to do anything at first and then there's a spark and a crackle of electricity. When it falls of his shoulder, the wound seems to have partially healed. Next Pelka concentrates, and his armor begins to emit a faint humming noise. "All right, I'm ready to get back into the fight - someone hold him still!" The son creature continues to lay into Faileh, and one claw manages to get past the vast defensives of the barbarian.

Veitlin doesn't stop move. No one could say his combat style is fluid or graceful--he's got those two ugly, inward-curved knives, and he hacks and slashes with them with a ferocity and singlemindedness. Not sustaining counterattacks, he continues to drive at the Father, hacking hammering blows, all landing, but his progress is like a machete against a tree... they hit, over and over, but the edges barely bite, and the tree still stands.

Jame's horse begins taking damage as the monsters attack it, and Jame frowns. "Fiend!" he shouts. "You shall pay for that!" Seeing how injured his horse is after the healing, he'll fight on. "For Peace!" he shouts boldly, his blade ... unstained by any blood currently as he holds it aloft. He waits for an opening this time, steadying himself, and he thrusts and this time manages to score a wound on the creature. Not as great a wound as he might have hoped for, but the best he can do. "Take that!"

<OOC> Yrqemm says, "Same again, please."

Blood drips down the warrior as he takes deep wounds from the creatures onslaught. Faileh glances up to the greatsword on his back and says, "No! I can't!" His breathe is ragged now, voice obviously strained from his situation. He continues to remain in his defensive stance, providing a place for the younger to take its anger out.

<OOC> Vasya says, "ouch..." <OOC> Vasya says, "who took all that?"

Well the Father figure really didn't like being hit that hard by Pelka and turns. He bites and rips hard against Pelka and gets two claws in as well, doing massive damage to the artificer.

<OOC> Corra says, "pelka. revenge for the massive damage against it." <OOC> Yrqemm says, "Yay for a GM who takes revenge!!! :D" <OOC> Corra says, "you can always type +hp to see how everyone's hp is"

Legendary Arvek discipline fails in the face of unconstrained emotion... magically-induced and otherwise. Veit never stops moving. A lunging jab sets up a tight-arc hook into another haymaker... except it isn't boxing, and it's the glinting interior edges of his kukris that continue to work on the Father. As the creature turns to attack into the artificer, Veit uses the opportunity to slam uncontested attacks into the grey-furred hide of the beast.

"As long as I can help it work out for others, this is why I am here." He tries to find an opening to hack with his sword, shouting taunts at the creature, "Your enemy is here! Your enemy is me! And with the last slash coming in from the monster, Faileh drops his shield, and sword. Hunched over for a moment he starts laughing maniacly. He rises from his crouch wild eyed and mad. He grips the sword resting on his back and pulls the splendor out with great rage. "MOTHER!" he shouts as he swings the sword coming down hard on junior. <OOC> Corra says, "1 sec"

Hearing Faileh's battle cry made Yrqemm laugh, which seems to have worked wonders for the sadness. With a grin on, he pretends to backslap only to buy time to position a lunge which sends his rapier deep into the adversary's belly.

<OOC> Corra says, "yrq and faileh you get an aoo" <OOC> Yrqemm says, "roll as per primary w flanking?" <OOC> Corra says, "so yrq roll just like you rolled your rapier last time...faileh you get with your greatsword"

Pelka is savaged by the creature and stumbles back again. He reaches for his bandolier, but then hesitates. When he does reach into a compartment, it's one of the larger ones. And when his hand comes out it's not holding a nethercite healing patch, but the handle of a large deathray. He proceeds to pull out the rest of the weapon (far larger than the compartment it was in), then aims it briefly at the Father. "There never really was a squirrel, was there??" he shrieks, voice and eyes full of accusation. But without waiting for an answer he triggers the weapon, sending a bolt of Egalrin-made lighting out to skewer the creature.

<OOC> Yrqemm says, "does twf factor into AOOs or just one swing?" <OOC> Faileh says, "I had power attack on my last roll, does the penalty or bonus factor into this roll?" <OOC> Corra says, "it factors, because technically it is same round.." <OOC> Faileh nods and rolls. Ah, the beauty of the piercing weapon, the rapier in particular--how quickly and deeply it slides in, and how easy it is to bring back out for more. Which is exactly what the fae does as he sees one of the liar's begin to prepare for magic use, begin to glow and vanish, in fact. Shame about the rapier through the eyeball...

Jame has reconnected. <OOC> Corra says, "can do free posing."

Jame looks around as the last enemy dies. "Is everyone all right?" he asks, and then looks worriedly towards Pelka, who'd been hot so badly. "Do you need healing?" he asks unecessarily. Well, the blood is a bit of a hint. And it's not like he can provide any, himself. "Er ... does anyone know what that was about?" he wonders aloud. "Or what they were?"

<OOC> Corra says, "with that question people can roll knowledge/The Planes if they have it, or knowledge/religion or knowledge/arcana. the second two will be at higher difficulties." <OOC> Vasya has them all. GAME: Pelka rolls knowledge/arcana: (14)+10: 24 Missing with his free shot, Faileh lets out a scream, "NO!" as his voice hoarse and labored. GAME: Vasya rolls knowledge/arcana: (7)+8: 15 GAME: Vasya rolls knowledge/religion: (2)+8: 10 <OOC> Vasya says, "good lord man." You paged Pelka with 'possibly some kind of outsiders ie demons or something like that'

In the middle of lunging toward the 'Son,' the Arvek sees him fall--or rather, dematerialize. He lets out a low roar of frustration, knives shaking in his hands, but he lets them drop to his sides. A deep breath, and it's almost as if the animating force drains from his body. Veit quivers, puts palms to knees, breathing ragged breaths in through his nose.

The fae elf known as Yrqemm takes a side step, flicks his rapier toward the groun to send the blood flying over the bodies and wipes it on one of the creatures heads.

"They remind me of..." but he catches himself before saying anything too offensive.

GAME: Yrqemm rolls knowledge/arcana: (3)+9: 12 <OOC> Yrqemm says, "I really should just retire ;)"

Pelka nods slightly at Jame. "I think I can take care of my injuries," he says. Then he approaches the corpse of the one Pelka helped to bring down. "It' some kind of demon or, or...something not from this plane." Pelka shudders slightly and then looks around for the other corpse. "Definately not from our world," he confirms. Yrqemm wipes a tear from his eye with the back of his gauntleted fist.

Without asking, Vasya places a hand to Pelka's back muttering a prayer. "Sorry about that. I knew something was off when they were lying from the start, and the little one kept snapping at us, yet his father kept saying he was 'distraught' over his missing squirrel. And that's what happened when I confronted them." She then shrugs. "I do apologize for my frankness....."

Faileh pages: Am I able to rip their bodies apart with bare hands at 22str?

Jame shakes his head quickly to Vasya, "No, you were right to call them on it when you discovered their duplicity. If they had continued here without us discovering them, who knows how many people they might have hurt. I'm just glad it didn't go worse for us. This is a bit different from scouting in the war."

You paged Faileh with 'no hides are really touch' You paged Faileh with 'tough even' <OOC> Yrqemm says, "what's the language code?" From afar, Faileh can crush its skull by curbstomping? Yrqemm turns to Vasya, "You have saved these mayflies for another day," he says, with a nod of respect towards her as he sheathes the blade. <sildanyari>

"I'm just glad I got to your horse in time." Vasya says. "I'm also sorry I didn't introduce myself at first. Vasya Lightstar, Inquisitor of Gilead."

Faileh seemingly hasn't had enough it seems as he walks over to junior's corpse. He lingers a moment, breathing heavily before relenetlessly stomping on its head. Unearthly growls come from Faileh as he turns junior's skull into pulp.

Veitlin nods his head slowly, apparently listening to the others. He takes another deep breath, straightens up, resheathes those nasty kukris at the small of his back. "Never had something--something not made in a smithy--take full-up hits from blades without losing tendon and bone," he says. He looks around. "I suppose the next question is, whose manor is this, and did those things, er, dispatch them to another plane before we got here?"

Jame has partially disconnected.

Other than Pelka calling them from out of this world, there is not much, searching around will show that the manor house is gone. Where it was is a cave, maybe illusion to make it look different.

Veitlin blinks and just shakes his head as he sees the cave surrounding them. "Sorcery," he spits. Regimented Arvek minds, and all that.

Pelka nods in gratitude to Vasya as she heals him, a jerky motion that he probably picked up since coming to Alexandria. "It's probably just as well that we killed them, clearly they were vicious creatures from beyond trying to trick adventurers like ourselves into doing...well something." Pelka starts to put away his deathray before he notices what Faileh is doing. Then he leaves the weapon out, watching the barbaric human from the corner of his eye.

Jame smiles to Vasya, and says, "Please call me Jame. I thank you greatly for helping him." He pats the horse's flank. To Veitlin, he says, "You know, I have no idea. We may have to ask at the Guild to see who this place belongs to. I ...." and teh it's a cave. "What...?"

"Yrqemm!" the fae elf says, introducing himself quickly and brusquely with a slap to his chest. "Come on then..." he adds, turning to head into the cave, casting a Light spell on a stone he's picked up in order to show the way.

Returning to his senses, Faileh's rage seems to subside. He looks around as the color leaves his skin. Whether it is from the loss of blood or the fatigue that overcomes his type after their rage? Well perhaps it is a combination of the two. He now stands there, lingering and seems to be unaware of what happened to their previous surroundings.

Veitlin just shakes his head. "I ain't tellin' no Guildie /shit/ about how I got suckered into a cave by some gobber talking about a reward for a missing squirrel."

Vasya has reconnected. <OOC> Vasya says, "grrr"

"So we took out something that was luring people in and probably making meals out of them." Vasya says as she looks about as she plants the glaive's butt on the ground. "Definitely." She says to Pelka.

"I agree!" says Yrqemm as he steps further away from Veitlin and the others. The cave is not very deep, more like a large cavern, there are no other exits. There is whimpering from the back and then pleas for help when it is realized that you aren't the creatures. There is a cage with a young man in it, human.

<OOC> Yrqemm says, "Interesting. While the other search for keys, i'll try to pick the lock?" <OOC> Pelka wants to check it for traps first! <OOC> Pelka says, "Oh wait I guess you can do that too." <OOC> Yrqemm says, "You can warn me IC pelka :) I'm trying to be rash cuz my battery is running low ;)" <OOC> Corra says, "not locked. just not where the young man could get himself out."

Veitlin seems frustrated with himself, and his weariness turns to a deep sigh as he perks up a bit. He shakes it off as the sound comes through the cavern. "Careful," he says to no one in particular.

Pelka follows the others into the cave. He casts his eyes (and the barrel of his deathray) around the cave and then makes shushing noises at the human in the cage. "We'll help you...just keep it down. Are there any other monsters in here?"

Noticing his group moving into the cave, Faileh follows behind. He wipes the greatsword off with care before returning it to his back. And once again he picks up the sword and shield from the ground and keeps them ready.

"Faileh, come give me a hand?" says Yrqemm, as he begins to pry open the cage doors.

Jame peers at the others as they suggest not talking to the Guild. "But surely they should be made aware of such ruses, so as not to be a party to them?" he asks, then pauses at the sound. "We'll rescue you!" he calls back, hurrying over, along with the others.

The young man shakes his head, "They could come back, only the two. They ate my parents...got bigger." he stutters, not making much sense.

Yrqemm nods sadly at the youth. "Were you taken from a manor? Perhaps that's what inpsired their illusion..." he comments to everyone.

Veitlin frowns as he eyes the man in the cage. One bit, twice shy, all that has worn into whatever compassion Arvek have. He re-draws his blades. "If he's a real people, let him free... but last time I talked to someone, they wasn't what I thought they was either."

In a trance-like state, Faileh goes over to assist as he was summoned. The blood still flows, like the spice, but it no longer seems to bother him. He is quite tranquil in his current state.

Yrqemm pages: should i try to sneak in for the power cable or are we wrapping up? Sorry to ask/metagame! I don't recognize "yrqeem". No one to page. You paged Yrqemm with 'wrapping up' GAME: Faileh ends his rage. Yrqemm pages: ok. good. cuz if i wake someone up....doom! ;) <OOC> Corra says, "up for anymore or good for wrap up?" <OOC> Jame says, "I don't think I have any more to contribute" <OOC> Pelka is good <OOC> Faileh isn't in a rush if you want to keep it going, loves RP. <OOC> Vasya will go for a wrap up. I don't think I have too many more CLWs. XD <OOC> Corra says, "okay...will do wrap up pose, thanks for playing everyone." <OOC> Faileh nods and says, "Always a pleasure." <OOC> Jame says, "Thank you for running!" <OOC> Veitlin says, "I love RP, but I gotta attend to my little beasties... er, lovely children."

The young man is gotten free and he explains that he and his family were brought out for a trade deal and then captured by the two. They killed his parents and ate thier corpses. He tells them that he can get them a reward if they take him to his grandfather. They do that and get paid after all.
