Much of this is taking place in Legwork. Legwork can get a little long though, from time to time. This page aims to make the summary easy to read! Please edit freely.

The Victims

  • Ascal Liasandoral, the elfish musican
  • Performer at Ma Rosie's (goblin?)
  • A sith-makar (his son was also kidnapped by the Mask's)
  • A tailor
  • "A baker, a privateer, and a homeless man"
  • A woman in the theater district
  • Smythly was attacked but not killed
  • Others undefined?
  • Kruulvog (plague victim)
  • Alba (plague victim)
  • Elisia Hamilton, a mother of six who is described as a loving mother and devoted wife.
  • Tawer Antonion, a trainer of dogs and other animals.
  • Mythraparaell Pleawarii, a debutante of noted respute who was beloved by the many individuals with whom she had relation.
  • Darik Blare, who came to Alexandria only three nights past and died in the same night.
  • Milson Nayark, a foreign nobleman. Had "traitor" symbol cut into his chest.

The Masks

  • Branched off an existing Vardaman tradition to established a new cult
  • Cult is growing rapidly due to influence of Leader
  • Claim to have infiltrated the local V Temple
  • Obsidian Masks are a trademark
  • Claim to be doing Vardama's work, but it sounds more subversive. Look to evil gods.
  • Uses subversion of Vardaman tradition (giving of masks to the dead). Look to subtle, evil gods.
  • Capable of ordering cult members to commit suicide
  • Core Leadership of 3? 1?
  • Main Leader claims to be a Prophet of Vardama. Humanoid with magic abilities (invisibility).

The Disease

  • Resembles more of a curse
  • Noncontagious
  • Seems incurable, so far
  • Coughing; black phelgum? from lungs
  • Being treated at the Soldier's Defense as best they can
  • A high-level dispel check harms/pushes back the disease, though does not cure it completely
  • Those that die of the disease come back as diseased spirits
  • There is currently a stopgap potion made largely of salt which halts the progression of the plague!

The Vampire
