What are RPPs?

RPPs are a new offering on Tenebrae. They're one of the bigger changes we've implemented, so please be patient with us as we work out the kinks here and there. You may read more about them by visiting Characters > RPPs.

RPPs are awarded per player. That is, as you earn them, you may spend them any way you wish among your alts. To do so, you must be sure your alts are registered.

What do I Need to Do?

Each player is required to do the following:

Step 1: Login

Log into a single character.

Step 2: Verify Your Alts

Type +finger <character name>, replacing <character name> with the name of the PC you are logged in as.

Step 3: If Needed, Correct

In your +finger, you will see a list of alts. Verify that this is correct.

The list is CORRECT: Do nothing, proceed to the next step.
The list is NOT CORRECT:
1. Type: +selfreg <name> <name> <name> ...where <name> is the name of an alt. You do not need to type the name of the alt you are currently logged into. Typing this again overrides the old list.
2. Use +finger <character name> to be sure the list is now correct.

Step 4: Send in a +request

Submit a +request to Requests which includes the following:

a. That you've verified (or corrected) the alt list.
b. Any Aspects you've earned, as well as which character has them.
c. Any multiclass or PrC you've earned or been approved for (outside of MC taken during chargen), and which character has them.

Step 5: Receive Bonus RPPs

Once you've done this, you'll be awarded your bonus RPPs, as well as any spends and re-approvals for your Aspects or multiclass/PrC. From here, you can spend the bonus RPPs, or begin to earn additional RPPs for your characters.

Due to fairness and the sheer amount of paperwork, RP before this release (7/15) is not approvable for RPPs, though all RP going forward will be. RP logs submitted should be ongrid (not a DM'd scene), as scenes are already rewarded in different ways. Excessively isolated RP (RP Room) may also not be approved for RPPs, pending staff approval.
