About My Character
Hailing from the mountainous region of Khazad Duin, Armnar of Clan Stonesmasher was raised without a family. He was orphaned as a baby and taken into the clan of warriors. Never knowing anything other than battle, he excelled at war and was the youngest to become a member. An elite soldier, skilled at fighting in spiked and razor armor. Using rage to overcome anything in their way. Due to the nature of his upbringing, naturally he fell into the Chaotic Good category and worships Angoron the Athlete. He takes pride in his Deity and always prays before battle.
It seemed that his Brigade was invincible. They fought and won battle after battle. But alas, all good things must come to an end and eventually they did. In the most unexpected of ways...
How does one fight against an invisible enemy? When a mysterious plague hit, it wiped out the majority of the Holding. It didn't descriminate. Men, women, children, and even animals dropped like flies. What made things worse, is what came afterwards. Those who were claimed by the Plague were rising up as undead and attacking anything and everything that was not of their kind. The few soldiers left tried to fight, destroying some, pushing others back, but it soon became clear that they were heavily outnumbered. The mighty Brigade fell.
A few warriors managed to escape. Armnar being one of them. As they sat around a campfire licking their wounds, they made a vow to each other and to the fallen. They would find a way to not only do away with the Plague, but they would find others like them, victims of this terror, to return in force and clear the undead horde out of their ancestral home. They would rebuild, they would make sure that the fallen would not be forgotten, they would bring an end to the evil that brought so much pain, destruction, and suffering.
They parted ways, each heading an opposite direction. North, South, East and West.
This is where Armnar begins his adventure...
